Reading this book was almost like tough love but written in a way that is kind and gentle enough on hearts that are experiencing fresh heartbreak. These are things we all “know” but probably need help practicing. The point of view makes it feel possible to move forward and that it is okay to be where we are in our healing, as long as we are still moving forward.
“You deserve freedom, you deserve closure, you
deserve better. Never stop striving for those things.”
I have always considered myself healed but reading through this, I know I still have work to do. But I also know it is possible.

This book was like a dose of tough love, but written kindly enough that I felt understood and that it is okay to be at the stage of healing that I am in, as long as I’m still moving forward.
Definitely recommend for anyone who has dealt with heartbreak. Even if you believe you have completely healed. There is always work to be done and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
“You deserve freedom, you deserve closure, you
deserve better. Never stop striving for those things.”

This book will teach you on how to love yourself more. That letting go and moving on isn’t easy as eating but you need to try.

Of course moving on is a choice, all you have to do is to put what’s on your mind in action. Letting isn’t easy as eating but you need to try.
