Why it's Hard for A Guy to Open Up and Communicate

I realize that I have a hard time opening up and communicating with others. I don’t know why but it’s hard to just share feelings and just be an open book. Anybody have any suggestions or things that work well for them that I can try?

sorry i guess were just not wired that way lol. im in the same boat but the best thing to do is just say whats on your mind. thats the only way to do it
